Highly recommend! I was having trouble with my hip and I had a session with Jennifer and it was an extraordinary experience. As she was performing the sound therapy I could feel the pain in my hip changing and dissolving. I was quite happily surprised with how well this therapy worked, as I had tried many different things to no avail. As you applied sound to the first channel, I could feel the vibration move from my feet, and then as it traveled up through my body, I saw my healing guides come in to assist…. We have gone to the Health by Choice for over 25 years. To say we are delighted is the understatement of the year. Dr. Allen has answered all our questions and laid out a program for us to follow. As a result, we take no medicine and we are both in our mid 80s. We call Dr. Allen between 7-8 am, he always gets the questions answered. Ella also supplies our vitamins. We have marveled at her photographic mind. She brings us a medical subject and she goes right to the book and flying open to the page and shows us the article. She is amazing. There is no doubt in my mind that I’m alive today because of the treatment and knowledge I gained at Health by Choice. Their Dr. Ella and new products on hand in the clinic. The work problem I've seen is most people get destroyed by regular doctors and come to Dr. Ella to be saved. Being a dairy farmer for 33 years in dealing with sick soil I understand what it meant that my body was wore out and very depleted of minerals. Don’t worry about vitamins but get minerals and amino acids always. I know I owe my life to Dr. Ella for the knowledge and education that she gave me over the years.

30 years ago, I went to a medical Doc about my sore testicle. He did exam and found a cyst. Had an appointment to remove the cyst and told me I would need to have the testicle removed in later years. I did not want that and researched for other ways to fix it and I found Ella (Health by Choice). She said if I listened to her I will never have to remove or lose them. 30 years later I still have them and still working. I am glad I found Ella, she has done many good works for our family. Keep up the good work. We need you more than ever.

I had been feeling poorly for a while then had racing heart at times. I slept poorly and could not keep up with my hard work. We suggested have the same test done as many were dealing with at the time although I had no tick like that I knew of. Test results were positive and a high level. I was on Health by Choice program and have recovered well with a minimum of medical assistance. I choose to remain on a maintenance program.

We have experienced several health problems over the years and since going to Health by Choice, Ella has been able to get rid of our or minimize many of them. She is very knowledgeable about nutrition and I am so grateful for her guidance and expertise. She is truly a gem!! I recommend everyone but unfortunately, not everyone sees the importance of what she does. But if you do, this is the place for you.

I had GBS. I had been to the hospital and could not determine what the problem was. I came here and Doctor Ella knew what it was. She called me every couple hours and offered to come to my home. I have fully recovered. And doing quite well. I also had my two big toes turned black from sugar. They were gangrene, but she cured those also. I am a walking miracle on both accounts. My sugar is under control, and I have no problems. I know if I have any problems I'm going to be well taken care of.

I was tired, lethargic. I had heartburn, and frequent headaches. I ate lots of soy. I was gaining weight. Digestive system was completely out of wack, gas, bloating. I had my gallbladder removed a year prior. I never exercised. Now I am energetic. I lost 40 pounds. I have very little gas, bloating, etc. little to none. I was very ill – pale or grey in complexion. I had severe pain/ minorly crippled in the hip and knee region. Now I am much better. I regained health and nice color again. Been able to fight off illness. I regained large range of mobility. I learned to read signs from body better. Overall better condition without harsh medicines.

Some days I was very tired. I did to much walking or working. I would feel bad and I would need to rest. Since I have come to Health by Choice I don’t get that bad feeling. When I walk or do work I have a better all over feeling. While I was going through chemo, the supplements they gave me helped me with my treatments. They kept my immune system working good.

I was suicidal, very weak, very nervous, filled with anxity and depression. I had copper poisoning and institutionalized for major depression and anxiety. Extremely painful right foot, blow back ache, extreme dehydration. Doctor said it was normal for me to not go for 5 days. I had low blood sugar, depression, very tired, hives, headaches, rashes, metal wellness. This was all 32 years ago. I go normally. I am very active. Am now 70 years old and I am in better shape than I was in my mid 20’s. I learned a lot from Ella and others of her staff on how I had gotten in such bad shape, and I continue to grow and improve. In our past years (35) with Health by Choice never yet had to question her diagnosis of our health problems that occurred. Let the medical doctors be your last choice. You will be happy with your choice and leave her offices as if they world has been lifted from your shoulders, so help me God. I would defend H by Choice with my life! Even at 2400 miles that separate us. PS. Dr. Ella has expanded her wellness center to 21 professional health employees since she opened her center with a host of non invasive procedures. Preventative medicine is catching on. People are interested listening and accepting responsibility. Doing their homework by buying her informative publications what a blessing!

I was listless with total lack of energy, unfocused, MS symptoms were extremely active and I looked unhealthy. I didn’t want to go anywhere or do anything with friends. Now my MS symptoms are non-existent for the most part. I have good energy with my zest for life and project completion. (Returned and I look healthier!)

I had been suffering from an outbreak of hives for 3 weeks. My eyes were swollen, my lips were huge and my ears were swollen out. I had huge welts all over my torso, legs, neck and panty line. My MDs only suggestion was to go to the ER for cortisone shots. I came to Ella and after determining that it was undoubtedly a reaction to a toxic liver telling me to needed help I used all of Ella’s suggested supplements and in 1 weeks time my symptoms were noticeably improved. I’m symptom free of hives. We’ve determined that my struggles with my weight and energy levels are due to an overactive thyroid, again with Ella’s supplement suggestions and dietary adjustments I’ve lost weight and improved greatly in my energy levels.

When I first came to see Dr. Ella I had been diagnosed with Thyroid cancer and it was removed. I was so fatigued it took all my strength to work part time and take care of 4 children. I am so much better. But we are consistently working on keeping my throid levels where they are best for me.

I was asked to get a blood test, which I did, and the results were my thyroid was low and I'm lacking vitamin D. Right away he wanted to put me on Synthroid (low dosage) and gave a prescription for Vit D. I went to Ella she said “no” to the Synthroid and gave me thyroid complex and some other supplements. I was told to go back in a month for another blood check for my thyroid. I just go the report and It’s normal. The last time I went to Ella she detected an infection and put me on a fungus diet which I did. I learned that by doing away with certain food or preparing food differently and taking your supplements improves your overall health. I recommend Ella to everyone and have brought several friends to her. I have not taken any overcoutner medicine or prescription in years and this year was the first time I saw a doctor or dentist. I do homeopathic for headache, flus, infections. I forgot to mention I use to get severe headaches and even that went away.

I have been under Dr. Ella’s care for many years. I really do believe in her treatments towards better health. I am now in NY and I wish she was close to NY so I can visit her more often. I recommend Dr. Ella very highly to anyone who is interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and committed to good healthy habits.
