Her holistic integrated approach to health care has made her very much sought after as a consultant to companies engaged in cutting-edge research into natural remedies. Ella strives to help her clients learn how to achieve “wellness,” which she describes as “the foremost point from disease.” She has degrees in Naturopathy and Homeopathy, along with a PhD in Natural Science and has graduated from the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy (IACH). She has developed numerous formulations for supplementation of various conditions, many of which are widely used throughout the United States & Canada.
Steve has over 30 years of experience as a Chiropractor using adjustments, Applied Kinesiology, nutrition, and functional exercise to help the body return to proper function. His background includes over 39 years of yoga as well as soil regenerative gardening and whole food cooking. Steve’s recent training includes Neurological Rehabilitation (Quantum Neurology) and SHAPE ReClaimed – a targeted program for detoxification, immune enhancement, inflammation reduction, and dropping toxic weight. Steve also believes in and instructs classes on Healing with Vibration and Frequency.
Celina is a Certified Health Coach and proud mother of two amazing children who inspire her to embody the change she wishes to see in the world. In today’s society, many suffer from the consequences of poor diet, lack of movement, chronic stress, and environmental toxicity—factors contributing to unexplained illnesses, rising infertility, and widespread physical and emotional pain. Celina firmly believes that now is the time to take action and reclaim the incredible potential of the human body and mind.
Celina’s personal journey through various health challenges—including persistent digestive disorders (such as IBS, ulcers, acid reflux, and heartburn), hormone imbalances (endometriosis and migraines), Fibromyalgia (chronic fatigue, pain, and depression), heavy metal toxicity, and multiple neck injuries—has shaped her holistic approach to health. Through these experiences, she discovered the vital connection between mind, body, and spirit in restoring well-being, utilizing alternative therapies and nutrition as her primary tools.
Initially pursuing a degree in nursing, Celina’s health struggles forced her to pivot, ultimately leading her to follow a deeper calling. She pursued her certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where she gained the expertise to help others on their healing journeys. While completing her studies, she worked at a health and wellness store, providing consultations focused on detoxification to hundreds of clients. Today, she continues to expand her knowledge, most recently completing studies at the School of Applied Functional Medicine, further deepening her passion for gut health.
